Where's the most #worthit Torah? Five best places to learn about Judaism online.

It's 2 hours before Shabbat and my 4 year old niece knows more about this week's parsha than me. She also speaks yiddish and I don't but who's counting. I google search and end up spending more time scrolling and trying to find something not-boring than I do reading anything about Judaism. I am trapped in the Jewish version of Netflix scrolling. I get so fed up that I go grab a donut and stare at last month's vision board.

During the post sugar high, I began the hunt for the best online Jewish content. I’m sick of scrolling.

I need to find my Oceans 6 of teachers, my fantastic four of torah. So after much searching and many waffles I've curated the following list of the sleekest, #fleekest, and deepest #Torah online so you don't have to waste time sifting through articles (and can eat instead). I'm thinking theses are the best of 2019, but you tell me.

1. Chabadorgs instagram is dank.

Don't ask me why there is no dot, I'm guessing it's run by Rabbis. I found this gem in the explore section of Instagram (how did Instagram know?!). They provide tidbits of Torah unpretentiously wrapped. It's both accessible and real. I like how easy it is for me to be on Instagram only to be interrupted be an awkward close up of teacher sharing wisdom. Seamless integration, great Torah.

2. For the haughtiest of us holy rollers there is Hevria.

Stacked with heavy poems, articles and the occasional spoken word tribute, this Brooklyn-based publication is the only one of its kind.

It is deep and pensive and  in line with some ancient Jewish kvetching wrapped in the words of amazing writers. If you're pondering existence, Judaism, and like to feel cool, check them out.

3. The dark horse: RABBI E In 3.

Where #Jewish publications are becoming more and more polished (see Kveller, Jew in the city, forward etc) with editors in chiefs and a advisory boards (OMG) Rabbi E in three is a 90s throw back to your bar mitzvah Rabbi who you wanted to hate but literally loved.

This ex Harvard acting major turned Rabbi puts out the most truly un-fleek video every week of just him chatting at you about the week's torah portion. It is somehow endearingly divine. If you're up for the unconventional, check it out.

4. Aleph Beta betah give me a free account for this review...

The glitz and glam of this site (alert alert! You have to PAY at some point) is a distraction from the sites main attraction - Rabbi Fs Torah is FIYA. It wisely embraces the long form, with 5-video-long series on a holiday, parsha, or Jewish concept. This site single handedly made my TishaBav Less terrible (is that good?!). While the website and the animations can feel pedantic (I used a huge word) the actual Torah is phenomenal. If you can get through a giggle or two, you'll strike gold.

Also, WOULD you steal a birthright from your blind husband?

5. For my up and coming award I’d like to announce Maura Ayelet.

This Israeli Maura (teacher) provides videos that are no fuss (she wont ask you to subscribe thank god) but her ideas are so tight and to the point you'll wonder if she's reading from a teleprompter. Go to her for her 6 min or less videos where she throws down serious ideas so simply that you'll be able to steal them for your next event, bar mitzvah, or Shabbat meal! If she keeps posting (please do) I think she'll be a star.

6. There was a number 6 , but they ran out of funding and are #nolongerwithus. #JewishNonProfit life.

Who am I missing and who will be 2020s stars?
